* write a ssection about spice and TLS, check this to set up the TLS certificates on kvm02 /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf

* btrfs read speed is low, make a kernel package from a recent kernel and test again. it may have been fixed already. this should be done on all glusterfs servers, but starting testing in on iotest01 before moving to glusterfs.
